PULLMAN – Bouncing back at home, #13 Washington State (5-1-0) closed out play at its own Cougar Classic with a 2-1 win over Loyola Marymount (0-5-2) Sunday afternoon at Lower Soccer Field. The Cougars wasted no time getting out and running on the Lions as WSU pushed the pace from the kickoff before breaking through just 2:42 into the game for the opening score.
