LEWISTON, Idaho. – Junior Cooper Cortinas (26:27) and sophomore Isaiah Lowery (26:49) represented Washington State men's cross country at the Inland Empire Challenge on Saturday at the LCSC Cross Country Course.
Cortinas took 42nd overall (26:67) in the men's 8k race at a 5:20 pace. Lowery claimed 49th in the men's 8k while running a 5:24 pace.
"I thought both Cooper (Cortinas) and Isaiah (Lowery) competed very well and was a nice improvement over their last race in Oregon," said head coach Wayne Phipps
