WSU CROSS COUNTRY CONCLUDES SUCCESSFUL 2017 SEASON
The Washington State University cross country teams ended the season strong with the No. 27 men's team finishing 24th and , a junior from Iten, Kenya, finishing 33rd and receiving All-America honors at the NCAA Championships...under the direction of fourth-year coach , the Cougars men out-ran their USTFCCCA ranking for the third consecutive NCAA finish...highlights of the 2017 season include the WSU men's team finishing seventh, Korir finishing 19th at the NCAA West Region Championships to earn at-large bids...at the Nuttycombe Invitational the men's team finished 13th and the women's team finished fourth led by Korir winning the women's open.
