NEW ORLEANS — Washington State men's and women's track and field teams each earned USTFCCCA All-Academic distinction as announced Thursday by the United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches' Association.
In order to qualify for the team award, all student athletes on the institution's NCAA Squad List must combine to reach a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
The Cougar women reached a 3.35 collectively in the spring of 2023 with a 3.38 cumulative GPA as a team. Washington State's men's program combined for a 3.
