Cougs Explode for 28 Points in the 4th in a Comeback Win Over Colorado

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State University women's basketball team exploded for 28 points in the fourth quarter on Friday, Feb. 7, to mount one of the largest comebacks in program history, as they erased a 15-point second-half deficit to score a 69-59 win over Colorado in Beasley Coliseum.

The 15-point comeback win is tied for the third-largest comeback in program history. Washington State also rallied from 15 points down against Oregon back on March 5, 2010 to score a 67-53 win over the Ducks. The win improves the Cougs record to 11-12 overall on the year, while it also keeps WSU in a three-way tie for seventh in the Pac-12 Conference standings at 4-7.
