FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (Sept. 29, 2025) – The Washington State men's golf team finished the first round in sixth place after carding a 15-over, 303, at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational Monday, played on the par-72, 7,869-yard Blessings Golf Club.
Host Arkansas leads the field at 5-over, 293, with Louisville and BYU trailing at 11-over, 299.
The Cougars were led Monday by Dylan Boenning, who fired a 1-over, 73. The freshman had three birdies on the front nine to help him sit at seventh place individually.
Senior Sam Renner carded a 4-over, 76, never finding his rhythm as his round included three birdies, five bogeys and a double bogey.
