(February 24, 2023) – The Washington State Women's Tennis team captured each match in straight sets en route to a 7-0 victory over Eastern Washington Friday afternoon at the Simmelink Tennis Courts at Hollingbery Fieldhouse. In doubles play to begin the day, the Cougars swept all three matches for the opening point. First off was Court 1 where WSU's and rode an early service break to a 6-3 win over Isabella Foshee and Leandra Nizetic. Court 3 followed as WSU's and completed a 6-4 win over Scout Mathews and Sara Vasic.
