Box Score SEATTLE (March 20, 2022) – Washington State dropped a 14-3 decision to Washington in the Boeing Apple Cup series-finale at Husky Ballpark Sunday afternoon.
The Cougars (9-10, 1-5 Pac-12) received two hits including a three-run double from Jack Smith. UW improved to 12-8 overall and 4-2 in conference play after collecting 13 hits and used a five-run fifth inning to break a tie game and pulled away in the later innings.
