KAILUA KONA, Hawaii: The WSU women's golf team is in 8th place with a 602(+18) after the first two rounds of the Nanea Pac-12 Preview. The tournament is being held at the Nanea Golf Club for the fourth consecutive year.
Senior Alivia Brown tallied seven birdies in the first round, helping her to a 70(-3) final score. She followed up with a 78(+5) in the second, and is currently tied for 15th with a 148(+2) overall score.
Trailing Brown by two strokes is junior Madison Odiorne who also went under par in the first round with a 72(-1).
