The Pac-12 announced on Monday that Washington State defensive lineman Brennan Jackson and middle blocker Magda Jehlarova have earned Pac-12 weekly awards. Jackson, named Pac-12 football defensive lineman of the week, earned the same award on October 4th. Jehlarova, named volleyball defensive player of the week, was also named defensive player of the week on September 27th.
Jackson helped lead the Cougars to their third consecutive win, all against Pac-12 opponents, on Saturday when they took down Stanford 34-31. He finished with six total tackles including one sack. With under a minute left in the game and on 3rd and 13, Quinn Roff would sack Stanford quarterback Tanner McKee and force a fumble.
