It’s safe to say that July 24 2019 will be a day that Oscar Draguicevich III. The WSU punter was the only Cougar named pre-season first team All-Pac 12 by the conference media and was named to the Ray Guy award watch list. The Guy award is given to the nation’s best punter and the list included 26 names from across the country.
Draguicevich III averaged 45.7 yards per punt last season after transferring in from Temple Junior College. He also placed 15 punts inside the 20 yard line while being named All-Pac-12 honorable mention as a redshirt sophomore.
