PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State men's golf junior Preston Bebich is set to begin his run at the 122nd U.S. Amateur Championship this Monday, Aug. 15, at the Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, New Jersey.
Bebich, a native of Gig Harbor, Washington, earned his bid into this year's U.S. Amateur Championship by finishing third at the U.S. Amateur qualifying event at The Home Course in DuPont, Washington back on July 6. Bebich carded 7-under 137 at the end of two rounds of play to finish in a tie for third with Canada's Keith Ng.
