WSU Cougar alum Aron Baynes will once again be serving as a valuable role player for coach Brad Stevens and the Boston Celtics. Shams Charania of The Athletic was the first to report that Baynes has opted into a $5.4 million salary for next season. The 32 year-old Australian generally gives Boston around 16 productive minutes each outing. In his second season with the franchise he averaged 5.6 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
