PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State Cross-Country's Erin Mullins and Kennan Schrag have been named the Academic Services Student-Athletes of the Month for October 2021.
Racing for the women, Mullins has excelled both on and off the course. Mullins has put her multimedia journalism degree to great use as she spends her time outside of athletics writing for the Daily Evergreen, covering the news around WSU while also covering her fellow athletes as the beat writer for Cougar soccer. In addition, she pushes herself in the classroom maintaining a 3.57 GPA. The senior stayed busy during the summer working for the WSU Water Center and the Leavenworth Echo.
