PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State football's Brandon Arconado and volleyball's Jocelyn Urias have been named the Academic Services Student- Athletes of the month for November 2019.
A graduate student working on his MBA after earning his degree in business administration last year, Arconado has been a constant both on and off the field for the Cougars' football team. The fifth-year Coug has excelled in the classroom earning CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team honors this season and is a two-time Academic All-Pac-12 honoree. He has used his time off the field to give back having been a PAC counselor while also volunteering for the Special Olympics as well as at schools around Pullman to read to and play with young Coug fans.
