Any time you have a great tight end on your roster, there are high hopes for the position. There aren’t a lot of ultra-talented tight ends in the NFL, but when healthy, Jordan Reed is one of them. The long-time Redskin has had issues staying healthy over the course of his career, but 2018 was different. He was on the field for the second-most games of his career, so that had to be a positive, right? And the team’s unit had to have played well, right?
Though the team did have their tight ends stay (mostly) healthy throughout the season, the position group hasn’t played as well as some might have hoped.
