The Redskins have made a low impact trade that will barely move the needle for most people, acquiring another backup quarterback by swapping 6th round picks with the Cleveland Browns.
Hogan will be added to a roster that already has three quarterbacks in Alex Smith, Colt McCoy and Stephen Morris.
