Report: Colt McCoy expected to be fully ready by training camp

Last season, Colt McCoy finally got his chance to operate as the Washington Redskins’ starting quarterback. Unfortunately, that only lasted for a couple of games before he suffered a fractured fibula against the Philadelphia Eagles. There was some optimism that McCoy could return for the playoffs, at the time, but things didn’t work out on either end.

This offseason, McCoy had another surgery on his injured leg and he has been rehabbing from that. It was unclear what the timetable for his return was at the time of the second surgery, but it seems that an answer is appearing.
