When Jordan Reed suffered a concussion in the third game of the preseason, the Redskins were hoping that they could get him back in time for the Week 1 opener against the Philadelphia Eagles.
As expected, that was wishful thinking. And now, Reed has been confirmed to be out for for Monday Night Football in Week 3.
According to the Redskins official injury report, Reed will miss his third straight game along with Colt McCoy (leg). Cassanova McKinzy (hip) will also miss the game after dealing with the injury all week and being unable to participate in practice.
