The Washington Redskins announced Tuesday that they’ve placed LB Chris Carter, RB Byron Marshall and TE Jordan Reed on injured reserve and promoted three players to their active roster including RB Kapri Bibbs, LB Otha Peters and LB Pete Robertson.
- The Redskins also signed LB Alex McCalister, RB Dare Ogunbowale and S Orion Stewart to their practice squad.
