CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Defensive tackle Daron Payne and running back Chris Thompson are active for the Washington Redskins on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.
Thompson is back on the field for the first time since Week 6 after missing five games with turf toe. For the first time this year, Adrian Peterson, Derrius Guice and Thompson are active for the same game. The Redskins made Peterson a healthy scratch in Week 1, and Derrius Guice suffered a knee injury in that game that forced him to miss much of the year on injured reserve.
