Washington Redskins first-year quarterback Alex Smith may never play football again, head coach Jay Gruden’s murky future has placed Washington on the no-fly list for potential coordinators and position coaches. A horrible culture from upper management on down has even caused rifts within the organization that resulted in rumors swirling of coaches wanting out of the nation’s capital, to escape the stench that is the Washington Redskins franchise.
