Monday afternoon there were rumors of interest in J.T. Realmuto and a report that said Washington’s Nationals were considered by some the favorites to land Miami’s catcher, and last night the Nats added a veteran infielder on a Minor League deal that included an invitation to Spring Training. It was a banner day! Such excitement! So much to talk about... okay, it was just a rumor and a signing of a veteran (Reid Brignac) who spent a year at Triple-A in Houston’s system last season.
