Watch: Washington Nationals’ prospect Mason Denaburg gives his parents gift of a lifetime...

Mason Denaburg, a right-hander from Florida, probably had a little more spending money than usual this Christmas.

The Washington Nationals drafted Denaburg—a highly-ranked high school talent who suffered biceps tendinitis, causing his stock to fall—with their first-round draft pick at the 27th slot this past June.

Denaburg received $3 million dollars thanks to the work of his agent, Scott Boras, and on Saturday night, he shared video of his parents opening a letter in which he thanked them for all the sacrifices they made, the values they instilled in him and for the countless late nights, concluding it by telling them that he had paid off all their loans from the bank.
