The All-Star break could not have come at a better time for the Nationals. They were a sinking ship that desperately needed time to find their bearings. Between the draft and the firings, most of the Nats fans attention has not been on the team on the field. That will change as they are back in tonight against the Padres.
The Nats will roll out a familiar lineup as they start the second half. CJ Abrams and James Wood make up a dynamic one-two punch at the top of the order. However, the rest of the lineup has been inconsistent at best.
