The day has finally come, Kyle Finnegan has finally been traded. After years of speculation, the long time Nationals closer has finally been dealt. He was shipped to the Detroit Tigers for pitching prospects Josh Randall and RJ Sales.

Finnegan has been a National his whole career. He has put up a 3.66 ERA in 331 outings. Finnegan had a fantastic start to the season, but a few blowup outings recently have seen his ERA balloon to 4.
