Washington Nationals’ manager Davey Martinez talked in his pregame Zoom conference call this afternoon about the decision to place Stephen Strasburg on the 10-Day Injured List one day after the right-hander was lifted just 16 pitches into his start in Baltimore.
A press release on the decision said the 32-year-old starter has carpal tunnel neuritis of the right hand.
