Washington Nationals finally get back in the win column

Hallelujah! The losing streak is over! After dropping seven in a row, the Nats got back in the win column thanks to a late inning rally. The offense looked stagnant again for most of the game, but they came through in the late innings.

The stars of the team, CJ Abrams and James Wood led the rally. They each had two hits, and Wood drove in the go-ahead run on a double in the corner.

James Wood had three batted balls hit harder than 107 MPH in this game

It’s the second time he’s done that this year

He joined Aaron Judge, Shohei Ohtani, and Addison Barger as the only players to do so in two different games this season

Stupid power, budding superstar pic.
