Carter Kieboom was diagnosed with a flexor mass strain in his right arm in Spring Training 2022, and when he started to throw again, and experienced discomfort, a torn UCL in his right elbow which required Tommy John surgery and cost the 25-year-old, 2016 1st Round pick all of 2022.
