The Washington Nationals have been arguably the most busy organization in all of baseball since the 2025 MLB season ended for them. They have had to start from scratch at numerous levels, including establishing an entirely new front office and coaching staff, but hopefully the team has new building blocks in place to build around.
Blake Butera and Paul Toboni sure aren't exactly the most experienced men in their respective roles, with Butera just 33-years-old and Toboni just 35-years-old, but together they are threatening to put together a young and hungry coaching staff and front office full of newcomers who are eager to keep updated with the latest analytical trends around the league.
