Colorado’s complete inability to move the ball even by Washington’s standards is the only thing keeping this from having the lowest over/under total of the Pac-12 slate. These 2 teams really seem like they always play low-scoring ugly football. And Washington’s offense has certainly suggested they are closer to making that a permanent thing.
