Washington football players earn preseason All-Pac-12 honors

12 Washington football players were selected to preseason All-Pac-12 teams.

The Pac-12 released its preseason All-Pac-12 teams ahead of its media day on July 21 in Las Vegas. Michael Penix Jr. and Bralen Trice will be there to represent the Huskies.

Last year only two Huskies were named to the All-Pac-12 first and second teams: Offensive lineman Jaxson Kirkland (first team) and edge rusher Zion Tupuola- Fetui (second team). Wide receiver Jalen McMillan, linebackers Edefuan Ulofoshion and Carson Bruener, and wider receiver/special teams Giles Jackson were honorable mentions.

All-Pac-12 first team:

  • WR Rome Odzune
  • EDGE Bralen Trice
  • OL Troy Fautanu

All-Pac-12 second team:

  • QB Michael Penix Jr.
