Washington football has gotten the ball rolling on the defensive side for the 2020 class, and they’ve done it by securing the commitment of a legacy, three-star linebacker Carson Bruener out of Redmond (Wash.) High School! Son of former Husky tight end Mark Bruener, the Huskies offered Carson on Tuesday, and today he committed to play for his dad’s alma mater!
Bruener is a stud on both sides of the ball for Redmond, as he shows flashes as a pass catcher and running back on his high school film, and he might remind some Washington high school football fans of Myles Jack from his time at Bellevue High School, only Carson looks like a better route runner.
