Things started to go downhill from there, getting swept by Pac-12 rivals Oregon State at home, and then getting swept by Arizona. The Huskies went back on the road and got swept by Stanford last weekend, and have lost nine straight conference games. After beating Santa Clara 11-1, the Huskies now have an overall record of 16-15.
Washington baseball is now in ninth place with a Pac-12 record of 5-10. Only Utah and Washington State have worse records in conference, and this excludes Colorado, who doesn’t have a baseball team.
The Huskies have 22 games remaining in the season with 15 of the games in Pac-12 conference.
