Husky coaches have been busy on the recruiting trail and recently several Husky recruits included UW in their narrowed down list of schools. Here is a rundown of what has happened this last week:
4 star defensive back Steven Ortiz from Desert Edge HS, AZ recently narrowed his list of schools to a top 5. Ortiz, who is rated as the 17th best cornerback in the 2021 class, included Oregon, Penn State, Minnesota, Mississippi State, and UW. The Huskies offered Ortiz earlier this year and ever since they offered him they have been on his short list of schools.
