Happy Sunday Husky fans. The Husky coaches have been busy on the road these last few weeks doing in-home visits and getting the 2024 recruiting class ready to sign next week. This weekend the Huskies had 1 official visitor from the 2024 class.
4 star safety Paul Mencke Jr from Samuel Clemens HS, TX made his way up to Montlake for an official visit this weekend. Mencke, who is currently committed to Duke, is rated as the 58th best safety in the country by 247sports. The Huskies have liked Mencke for a while, and were initially thought to have a good shot at reeling him in, but he chose to commit to Duke over offers from Notre Dame, UW, Stanford, Missouri, and several other schools.
