RAVE We travel to Whidbey Island on weekends and appreciate Suzy, the announcer at the Mukilteo ferry dock. Every half-hour she enthusiastically welcomes hundreds of travelers in the holding lot with upbeat, genuine good wishes. She makes our day!
RANT To the rude people at SeaTac baggage claim who crowded in to grab their bags, bumping into my daughter and me multiple times. Wait your turn, we were there first. One lady didn’t even thank me when I helped her. They were the worst group I’ve ever encountered at the airport.
