Those who have paid attention to the recent college football landscape know that it’s difficult to develop much depth at the quarterback position because of the transfer portal. But this is ridiculous.
New head coach Jedd Fisch just walked into a position where he currently has zero scholarship quarterbacks on the roster for spring practices. That’s going to change one way or another. Washington does have one commitment out there at the moment from Dermaricus Davis who is slated to enroll this summer in time for preseason camp.
Still, it’s obvious that Washington needs to add multiple quarterbacks before we hit spring practices.
