College football won't kick off the 2019 season until the end of August, but summer camp is right around the corner – and it's the perfect time to start speculating about how the Pac-12 will shake out.
Once again, the conference looks to be fairly top-heavy, with clear favorites to win the title. Leading the pack are the Oregon Ducks, who enter the season with roster deep with veteran talent and new blood. If quarterback Justin Herbert puts it all together, the Ducks will be tough to beat.
Behind them are the Utah Utes, fresh off their first taste of the Pac-12 Championship and eager to take the game this year.
