Former Washington linebacker Cort Dennison, who led the Pac-12 with 128 tackles as a Husky senior in 2011, will join the Oregon Ducks coaching staff, according to multiple reports.
Dennison, 28, is a rising young coach in college football. He was named one of the 247Sports’s 30 Under 30 coaches in the country.
He has been the inside linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator at Louisville, and he was the primary recruiter for 11 of the 20 recruits who signed with Louisville in December, according to the Louisville Courier Journal.
At Oregon, Dennison will reportedly coach outside linebackers.
