There are some players who outperform their salaries in a given season. The NFL has a performance-based pay system based on playing time to help compensate players with low-paying contracts that played large roles on an NFL team.

Every club received $3,802,500 to distribute throughout the roster for the 2015 regular season. As the figures were released on Monday, here were the top 10 Redskins in performance-based pay.
