Washington Roster Moves: Kelvin Harmon, Cole Luke released, a kicker and LB added to the practice squad

Washington made some practice squad moves today, as they continue to churn the “bottom” of their roster. Safety Cole Luke spent time with the team last year, and ended up on the 53-man roster in November. He was re-signed to the practice squad last week, but that was a short-lived visit. Kelvin Harmon tore his ACL last June while training on his own for his 2nd NFL season. He spent the 2020 season on the non-football injury list. Harmon was released in August, but signed to the team’s practice squad 3 weeks ago. Harmon never made the protected list, or got elevated to the active roster.
