Update: The deal is done

Deal is complete and official: Washington is giving Eric Bieniemy the title of Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. It is, in the words of one source, “a promotion in title, contractual structure, multi year, and annual pay raise.”

Ron Rivera and the Washington Commanders are hosting Eric Bieniemy for the 2nd day in a row as they try to work out a deal that would make him the new offensive coordinator.
