Six Redskins Had Their 2019 Salaries Reduced for Skipping Mandatory OTA’s

Much has been made about Redskins players missing mandatory OTA’s this offseason.

According to ESPN’s Field Yates, the following players have had their 2019 salaries reduced.

By skipping the off-season workout program/not meeting the contractually mandated minimum of 90%, 6 Redskins players had their 2019 salaries reduced by:
Josh Norman: $200k
Landon Collins: $175k
Trent Williams: $150k
Paul Richardson: $150k
Quinton Dunbar: $100k
Vernon Davis: $50k— Field Yates (@FieldYates) July 17, 2019

This should come as music to many fan’s ears, as people have been clamoring for players like Trent Williams and Josh Norman to be heavily fined for their absence.
