The accolades and accomplishments continue to pile up for linebacker Ryan Kerrigan this offseason.
In between another successful season -- in which he managed to play in all 16 games again to reach his third Pro Bowl -- and his wedding day this March, Kerrigan received some more exciting news from his alma mater.
Purdue University announced Kerrigan will be inducted into its Athletics Hall of Fame, a fitting award for the 2010 Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. He’ll join six other Boilermakers to make up the class, which will be honored on May 10 in Indianapolis.
