The Washington Redskins‘ last first-round quarterback took a thinly-veiled shot at the team Thursday night upon drafting Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins.
Robert Griffin III posted on Twitter a “congrats young gun” tweet while implying that the Redskins give up too easily on their quarterback draft choices.
“You didn’t draft the young man for nothing. You did it because you believe in the young man. You did it because you need a Quarterback. Don’t give up on him prematurely. He is your investment. Give the kid time to prove himself,” he wrote.
