Jamison Crowder is my favorite choice that the Washington Redskins made in the 2015 NFL Draft. General Manager, Scot McCloughan, made an obvious effort to draft high character players that are big and strong good football players. Crowder doesn’t fit the big and strong mold but he has the character that McCloughan seeks and was an amazingly productive football player at Duke.
Crowder stands only 5’8″ and weighs just 185 pounds but has a compact frame that can stand up to the punishment handed out by NFL defenders. In his career at Duke, Crowder had three 1000 yard receiving seasons topped by his junior season with 108 catches for 1360 yards.
