The Washington Redskins' key defensive hires didn’t end with coordinator Greg Manusky. No matter who the coordinator was, he would be unable to coach every position group. So he had to hire a strong staff -- and the first two hires (Torrian Gray is coming on board as the secondary coach, though it hasn't yet been announced) seem to be rather strong. It, perhaps, highlights part of what went wrong with the previous staff as well.
The next step must be improving the talent (though there is one more job that might need to be filled).
