The Washington Redskins announced on Wednesday that they’ve signed cornerbacks Bryan McCann and DreQuan Hoskey.
In turn they waived injured defensive backs Tevin Mitchel and waived Phillip Thomas.

The Redskins will likely try to place both Mitchel and Thomas on season-ending injured reserve if they clear waivers.
The Redskins have been forced to make some drastic roster moves after losing four defensive backs to injuries within less than a week that include Bashaud Breeland, Dave Amerson, Mitchell and Thomas.
