The Washington Redskins aren’t letting the Philadelphia Eagles get off easy, and they are taking a 14-10 lead into the half in front of the home game at Fed Ex Field.
So far, the story of the game has been the performance of Dwayne Haskins. The rookie quarterback is putting forth his best effort and has made a number of strong plays to power the unit.
The Redskins elected to use the short passing game to spark Haskins, and it clearly worked. After hitting a number of short-to-intermediate throws to kick off the game, Haskins looked confident in the pocket and made some solid throws.
